What about a Dual Player to hear how two songs go together when preparing tracks?

This is the one feature I frequently use in RekordBox that currently gives it a slight advantage over Lexicon for tracks prep.

Basic tempo adjustment (or even tempo sync) would be great.
The icing on the cake would be the possibility of killing Low/Mid/Hi on each channel.

Thanks!

No plans for that because it would make Lexicon an actual DJ app and people would use it in live situations which brings a whole new set of problems like having a crash mid-set (even though Lexicon is not meant for live, but people would do it anyway).

So no, afraid not

Hi Chris, would you reconsider now that you also added direct2cdj? I mean isnt that used for live situations?
You could keep things really simpje (no mixer options just a crosfader i.e.) or maybe kinda how mixed in key 11 pro does it.

I believe the implementation of direct2cdj is an attempt to compensate the lack of DJ capabilities for working on a set. I highly doubt that this is meant to be used live.

Aside from that, just a “dual player” really isn’t that useful. Of course it would also need time stretching and EQs. Actually, I could use 3-4 players because I layer a lot. Yes that would be my serious demand. So I 100% understand that Christiaan wants to stay away from that:)
