Hey, I’m a Rekordbox user, but I want also have my library on Serato. I have a MacBook and I haven’t been able to transfer my library. All my music is on an external SSD. I have done the full sync to Serato, but when I open Serato after doing the sync I only see the majority of the crates, but they don’t have the songs in them. I try troubleshooting by renaming the library folder in the Serato folder in the external drive but it did not work. I also try renaming the Serato folder. but it also did not work. How can I fix this problem? I have installed the Serato app completely and reinstalled it to start the process fresh, I still no luck. Please help.

You’re syncing to Serato 4 right?
You can try deleting the /Users/chris/Library/Application Support/Serato/Library folder and the Music/_Serato_ folder before the sync, start Serato and close it, then try the sync again.
That gives you a fresh start for Serato 4 and will probably help.
If you still get the same issue, I’ll be happy to look at your Serato files and see what is going on but will require some digging
