Hey, I’m a Rekordbox user, but I want also have my library on Serato. I have a MacBook and I haven’t been able to transfer my library. All my music is on an external SSD. I have done the full sync to Serato, but when I open Serato after doing the sync I only see the majority of the crates, but they don’t have the songs in them. I try troubleshooting by renaming the library folder in the Serato folder in the external drive but it did not work. I also try renaming the _Serato_ folder. but it also did not work. How can I fix this problem? I have installed the Serato app completely and reinstalled it to start the process fresh, I still no luck. Please help. ---

Hi, You’re syncing to Serato 4 right? You can try deleting the `/Users/chris/Library/Application Support/Serato/Library` folder and the `Music/_Serato_` folder before the sync, start Serato and close it, then try the sync again. That gives you a fresh start for Serato 4 and will probably help. ---

If you still get the same issue, I’ll be happy to look at your Serato files and see what is going on but will require some digging
