Upgrade Subscription Failed

I am trying to upgrade my Basic (30 day pro trial) to the Basic Monthly plan and it keeps failing withing the Lexicon desktop app. Where do I go to log in to my account if I can’t do this from the app. I keep getting this message:

Lexicon was unable to verify your upgraded subscription. Please contact supports to resolve this.

Can you make a support request with order reference here please?

I had just cancelled and re-purchased through your site yesterday and now its saying i’m in demo mode and need a subscription. Please resolve, this is very frustrating.
