When I use Mixed In Key to update tags and then reload tags the BPM tags disappear and the only way to resolve is to load the track into the player and manual add what Mixed In Key analyzed.

This will be fixed in 1.8.2.
Your FLAC doesn’t have any BPM tag on it though so it won’t reload any other info, but the fix is that it won’t clear the BPM tag anymore either.
The FLAC originally had a BPM tag. I dropped it into MIK, MIK saw the tag and added the missing Key and Energy metadata but after reloading tags in Lexicon BPM would disappear.
