BUG replacing cues color via "find and replace cue" (Lexicon to RB)

Please fill in this bug report template:

Lexicon version: 1.7.3 (latest)
Operating system (remove one): Windows

Bug description: lately I’ve been trying (via “find and replace cues”) to turn all my emergency loops green so they contrast better with other cues I use, that are usually near them. I get to do this no problem in lexicon, but they don’t change color when I open my Rekordbox after writing the database with Lexicon. They either appear red (wich some of them were) or “colorless”, wich RB or CDJs show as red anyways.

Step by step to reproduce: I think it’s already explained.
To clarify these are looped cues, usually active loops (but this was happening before active loops were implemented in Lexicon).
They are always the last of the cues.
I never have more than 10 cues in a track, because this is what’s supported in RB and CDJs.
The color I’m using is actually supported by RB because I have other cues in these tracks that are of that color and appear correctly in RB.

I will check that and let you know what I find

Also i found that when I import again RB>Lexicon (because I’ve made changes to the playlists in RB, common thing)… Lexicon imports them as colorless (black, dark grey) cues, they don’t retain the green color they had before.

I’ve looked harder into it and it seems that the fact they’re active loops has A LOT (or dare I say everything) to do with the cues not retaining their color on export.

So I would definitely look into it from this angle Christian.

Do you have one or more active loops in a track? RB only allows one active memory loop, so this might be a bug where Lexicon still sets more active memory loops causing this behavior.

When setting multiple active memory loops in LXC, then RB starts acting weird. I can’t disable some active memory loops anymore.

Yes I’ve seen that weird behavior in RB when there’s more than one active loop, it only happened by accident as I never need more than one, and also I took the time to check every track in my current playlists so there is never more than one active loop.

Can you upload your Lexicon database & logs? From the Help menu.
And which track did you show in the screenshot earlier?

Should I upload it right here?
I can’t remember wich track it was really, I just took a random one from hundreds.

PD: ok I see I have to upload it form Lexicon and link to this thread.

I did it.
It’s pretty evident that this bug (or whatever it is) is related to RB not recognizing the color change on active loops exclusively.
Hope you can find a solution soon Christiaan.

Should be resolved in the next update, today or tomorrow :+1:
