I do not know if this should be a bug report or a suggestion? But it took me a while to figure this out, i had re-analyzed some tracks and used openkeyscan which has to be open in the background to scan the key. There after i tried to move the files to the location i want them to be and lexicon just reports that it cannot move those files without giving some kind of reason or hint as to why they cannot be moved. After trying a couple of things like file permissions etc did i realize that when closing openkeyscan lexicon can then move the files 
Hmm okay, seems there is some kind of file lock going on in OKS. I will check that out, thanks!

I don’t know if this issue has been fixed or not, if it hasn’t been fixed then it’s a problem with lexicon dj and OKS on windows. I am currently using macos and was able to move tracks that i had scanned while OKS was open
