Cloud Sync Issue: Android App is empty despite successful Cloud Upload from Desktop

Hi Lexicon Support Team,

I am having trouble getting my library to show up on my Android device. Here are the details of my situation:

  • Desktop Status: My Lexicon Desktop shows that I have successfully uploaded 35.7 GB of audio (675 tracks) to the cloud.
  • Database Status: I have performed a “Cloud Database Backup” recently. In the Restore menu, I can see my backup named “DESKTOP-LQ9LONC” with 1,145 tracks and 2 playlists (Makina and Prueba mak).
  • The Problem: When I open the Lexicon app on my Android phone and log in with the same account, the library remains completely empty. I have tried looking for the “Restore Cloud Backup” option inside the mobile app, but it doesn’t seem to detect the data I uploaded from my PC.

I have an active subscription and I am not exceeding my track limit. Could you please check if there is a synchronization issue between my account and the mobile servers?

The mobile app does not support cloud tracks yet, only the beta version does. It will be available to the regular mobile app soon
