Hi Lexicon Support Team,
I am having trouble getting my library to show up on my Android device. Here are the details of my situation:
- Desktop Status: My Lexicon Desktop shows that I have successfully uploaded 35.7 GB of audio (675 tracks) to the cloud.
- Database Status: I have performed a “Cloud Database Backup” recently. In the Restore menu, I can see my backup named “DESKTOP-LQ9LONC” with 1,145 tracks and 2 playlists (Makina and Prueba mak).
- The Problem: When I open the Lexicon app on my Android phone and log in with the same account, the library remains completely empty. I have tried looking for the “Restore Cloud Backup” option inside the mobile app, but it doesn’t seem to detect the data I uploaded from my PC.
I have an active subscription and I am not exceeding my track limit. Could you please check if there is a synchronization issue between my account and the mobile servers?
