Cue points from Music service not showing

Hello,

I get my music from a video service. They will sometimes pre-tag different cue points in the song. When I load it in Serato the cues are there. When I drag it into the incoming folder they are not. Is there a way to import the track without losing the cue point?

Serato cues are only loaded when you import the tracks from Serato. Dragging into Lexicon does not load Serato cues.

So if you want those cues, make a crate in Serato first and put those tracks in. Then import that crate into Lexicon.
