Cue points not going into serato

I need a refund if you cant fix this immediately. i just spent $17 to move my cue points from rekordbox to serato and none of them copied. im not going to troubleshoot this, either provide a full refund or an immediate solution

also its not importing my playlists from rekordbox, just all the tracks. seriously can you have a worse product? refund me now
