Bug description: Djay does not open at all after a full sync.
Playlist sync does work fine.
also, full sync worked well in the vesrion before (5.3)

This happens immediately after starting Djay? before you can do anything?
I tested your Lexicon database with Djay 5.4 but no problems here, no crash.
You can try deleting your Djay database, opening Djay for an empty database and then do a full sync. Then you should have the same thing I have that doesn’t crash. It will require re-analysis of your tracks in Djay though.
