Duplicate scan failed a pop up comes on with Error:Syntaxerror: unexpected token in JSON at position 19

Does that also happen if you run the scan a second time?

Yes I re scanned all songs but the same pop up window comes up

Can you upload your Lexicon database & logs? From the Help menu at the top. I’ll take a closer look.

I tried opening it but it’s for MS WINDOWS I have a Mac
