EPERM Error message

Hello Christiaan, I am trying to sync my serato to Lexicon and get the following error. Failed to sync to Serato DJ. Please try again Error:EPERM: Operation not permitted, mkdir’/Volumes/Backup Plus/Serato/Lexicon’.
