Error:EPERM occuring on any action

Operating system (remove one): Windows

Bug description:
No matter which action I’d like to do with the program (e.g. analyze a song or set cue points) an error occurs “EPERM: operation not permitted, rename”

Step by step to reproduce:

1. right click on song => “use” => “generate cue points”

Turn off any anti-virus software and try again, this is usually anti-virus software stopping the components being downloaded
