This is a very welcome fix. I’m going to test it right now with a clean install of rekordbox and USB

Update: I think this is working!!
No error’s at all and it looks good on the USB!

Great! Thanks for reporting back 
This should now be fixed in todays release.
Make sure to do two syncs (just to be sure). One sync to update your beatgrid data and a second sync to make sure your beatgrid data is fixed and doesn’t have any old leftover data.
If you still experience this issue, you might need to re-install Rekordbox and clear the user data. Hopefully this is not needed but this issue is very strange, that’s why it took so long to find this.
