Hello,
when will the cover export function for Traktor 4 work flawlessly?
When importing to Traktor, all my cover art disappeared (:
And I also note that all analyst settings like Auto Gain, Strips etc are lost.
I had to analyze the hole library new after each synchronization with lexicon-that’s not very practical.
Did you import those tracks from Traktor? Otherwise that info does not exist yet
Did you enable the cover art sync option? If disabled, it won’t do cover art so they will be empty in Traktor
No, Tracks and Playlist are imported from Serato.
Cover Art export is enabled
Analysis data in Traktor should normally be remembered, even if tracks come from Lexicon.
Can you tell me what steps you are doing exactly? Full or playlist sync? And what steps in Traktor
Full sync.
when you open Traktor the column with analyst data is empty.
All covers are gone
I don’t have that problem here. Can you check in the NML what the difference is before and after the sync for a track?
What do you mean exactly “check in NML”?
This is what I mean. After sync all Analyzed Files are set to “No” but it should look like the 2 Tracks after analyze.
If it helps I could sent you the collection.nml before Lexicon sync and the one after sync.
It’s easy to restore for me with Time Machine.
There is a folder in NI Tree named Coverart. The date hasn’t change after Lexicon Import. Is this normal? I think this is the storage location where Traktor saves his Coverarts or am I’m wrong?
All my Coverarts are in the Id Tag of the Track.
Yeah can you send the NML both before and after the sync? Documents/Native Instruments/Traktor .../collection.nml
You can upload with this link: http://upload.lexicondj.com
Files are send to you
Can you also upload your Lexicon database? from the Help menu
Hopefully I get the same problem here
Upload is done
Thanks, figured it out. Next update should fix it.
Meanwhile what may work is to set your main SSD name to MAC-SSD
as that is what the NML uses. Could be that your SSD is called something else? That would explain it
No- the name is MAC-SSD
So I’m waiting for the update
Thanks
Hi Christaan,
I’ve try a new export to Traktor with the new updated Version of LXC.
Sadly same result as before- all analyzed Data are lost and no Cover export (:
Try it with a completely empty Database and new .nml, erased Cover, Stripes and Transients Folder- but no success
Weird because I did fix the issue you ran into
I will check your NML again
OK, I will send you the actual .nml
