Failed to create back up

Hi guys,
today I tried to create a back up but all the time I try to create one this error message pops up.

I f I click on create back up it starts the process but then failed with the error message.
I opend the back up folder and there is no back up from today.

Tried it 3 times but no success.

What could be the solution?

Problem is solved. I restarted the PC and now the back up worked.
