First Payment been charged twice and 2 different rates

Hi I have just noticed I have been charged for 2 subscriptions even though I only opted for a basic account… Please could somebody explain why this has happened and also refund me for the service I have not subscribed to?

Salut, je viens de remarquer que j’ai été facturé pour3 abonnements même si je n’ai opté que pour un compte de base… S’il vous plaît quelqu’un pourrait-il expliquer pourquoi cela s’est produit et aussi me rembourser pour le service auquel je n’ai pas souscrit?
