Get back my Engine library from the Denon prime 4

Hi everyone,

I have a Denon Prime 4 and a Windows 11 PC. The Engine library and all my songs were located on the D: hard drive which died at the end of 2023. Since this time, I have been struggling to get back a functionnal database from my clean Prime 4 m.db (with tons of playlists, cue points added and beatgrids fixed) without success.

Recently I bought Lexicon essential which succeeded in one click (faster than hours and days with AI prompts) to relink all the right folder paths but it still doesn’t allow me to have a working bidirectional synchronization as before the lost.
All the tracks are spotted not the same, so all I do on my tracks in my prime 4 is not kept in engine desktop.. Maybe it’s a ID problem but still don’t know how to fix it.

Since this problem, I always add all my new songs manually in the prime 4 by engine desktop but I always have to spend time after that method because that do weird things and moves tracks to other playlists folders, then let me a big mess :scream: It quick became so so annoyin to add new songs and use my Prime 4.. I need help for that please :folded_hands:

If your library is in working order in Lexicon, you can try completely deleting your Engine database from the Prime and from your computer. It’s all the Engine Library/Database2 folders. Then syncing from Lexicon to the Prime (skip Engine desktop) should work fine and should keep working if you don’t use Engine desktop in the future.
If you need Engine desktop, then sync Lexicon to Engine desktop and from there to the Prime.

Thanks I finally succeeded, I didn’t see the EXPORT button in the synch menu  thanks for your help
