Lexicon version: 1.7.3 Operating system (remove one): Mac
Bug description:
Upon exporting anything to Rekordbox, the grid on a seemingly random number of tracks has been altered. The red grid marker denoting the “1” of a bar will have instances that are one beat apart, randomly occurring throughout the track. The only way to correct this is to reanalyze all the effected tracks in Rekorbox. If I export a single playlist, it appears that only the tracks in that playlist are effected, but I cannot be certain of this.
Step by step to reproduce:
Export a single playlist from Lexicon to Rekordbox.
Open Rekordbox.
Put a track on a deck and scan through to check beat markers.
I think there is a misunderstanding. When I analyze grids inside of RB everything is fine. If I then make a playlist inside of Lexicon and send it to RB, when I open RB the grids are now mangled. I’m not doing any additional analyzing, there is something happening in the playlist transfer that is creating the issue.
Okay, I meant that it probably only happens to tracks that were originally analyzed dynamically. Just wanted to confirm if that is the case.
I’m not entirely sure what the cause is. Can you try copying one of those files so it’s a new file, add to RB and go through the same import and sync steps as you normally do? Would be helpful to know if that new file has the same problem because then I can recreate it here
