Help with Sync Failed to Engine Prime

Keep trying to sync Full with Engine Prime and I get Sync Failed Make sure Engine DJ if fully shut down and please try again.

Error: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading “beatindex”)

I can to my playlists but not Full because I keep getting this.

Hi, this sounds like there is a broken beatgrid somewhere on a track that Lexicon trips on.

Can you upload your Lexicon database & logs? From the Help menu.
Put a link to this topic in the description please.

I’ll find out which track it is for you.

Just uploaded that.

The problematic track is Westside (Instrumental), delete it and it should go further. If you get the error again, try deleting all tracks that have a duration of 0:00
