Hey, I just subscriped to Lexicon for one year, but Lexicon stil says i am in demo mode. What to do??

Check if you are logged in with the right email. If that’s not it, PM me your receipt number and I’ll take a look. It looks something like LEXICON123-456

Well, I did not get a receipt, at least i can not find it.
What I can see is, that the amount has been set to draw from my bank account.
I am sure i logged in with the right email address and my chosen password.
At first i opend the demo version, then i went to subscribe, and chose plan for 1 year.
The program asked to draw from my bank account, and that`it.
The amount has not been drawn yet, but has been reserved. Could that be the reason, or is it a fraud?

What does that mean??

It sounds like there is a delay. So maybe wait until the amount is withdrawn from your account, then your Lexicon account should become active automatically
