I think I lost all my crates trying to copy a playlist off Spotify with lexicon

Not sure what you did but you can get your crates back from a backup, see How to restore a Lexicon or DJ app backup?

I’ve tried that still can’t get them back. I downloading a playlist from Spotify then went back to serato all my music was gone
