Importing stuck at 0%

Hi there. I just re-subscribed to Lexicon and when trying to import, it just stays stuck at 0%. Not sure what to do. Please advise.

I have the same problem and haven’t been able to find an answer.

Looking at the report it looks like it cannot find the volume (drive) which my music is on. Which is odd because it looks like it’s looking for a drive that’s case sensitivity is all lower case. But the volume name is Camel Case.

Can you upload your Lexicon database & logs? From the Help menu.

Should be fixed in the update released just now!
