Hello
For some reason, Lexicon keeps deleting my Serato smart crates after I upload a playlist using the program. I’ve contacted Serato support and they helped me resolve the issue, but it keeps happening every time I use the program. As a result, I have to redo all of my smart crates.

Sure .
I am syncing my serato library with Lexicon .
I sync the entire library not just the playlist .
I matched a playlist from my Apple Music library with the music I have downloaded on my computer
Once done I sync lexicon with my serato so the changes are done .
Once done I open serato and then I see that all my smartcrates are no longer in the smartcrates folder . They are have all disappeared after the sync back

Do the smartcrates exist in Lexicon?
Yes the new . Smart crates in lexicon have a thunder icon next to them acknowledge them
They usually appear, and I can’t edit them, but they show up. Recently, the lexicon didn’t affect them, but for some reason, when I sync back from Lexicon to Serato, they disappear from my smart crate folder in Serato.
Are they in a different order maybe? Maybe the folder is further down.
Check in your Music/_Serato_/Subcrates folder if you have any crate file called Compatible by key%%10B.crate or similar in the Music/_Serato_/SmartCrates folder.
