Lexicon Not reading Some of Serato Cue Point

So I’ve had this problem a few years ago where I used lexicon dj to clean up my Serato library and after syncing it back to Serato I realize I lost a Hugh chunk on my cue points and it was hell to cue back hundreds of songs, a Few days ago I decided to try lexicon dj again since I heard a lot of updates and features were added since then, and it had a special discount too so being smart this time instead of loading my entire library I loaded one large playlist to test and Lo and behold half of the cue points show up in lexicon and half didn’t luckily I didn’t sync it back to Serato because I would’ve been in deep do do lol when I open Serato my cues are still there, but my question is why is this still a problem after all the update and what actually cause this issues. after reading a few forums I read that its actually duplicate ID3 cue tags causes it, I tried kid3 and remove one of the extra tags and lexicon did read the cue after, but man try doing that one by one on a 1000 or more files, is there a way to remove duplicate tags from multiple files a once? I love lexicon but man the lexicon team need to fix this, either bake in the app a way to remove duplicate id3 tags or something and this app would be unstoppable, I really would like to use this app without fear.

I can take another attempt at trying to fix this, it annoys the hell out of me as well and I really want this fixed.
Are you seeing this one filetype or different ones? mp3 or something else?

Can you upload files that definitely have this issue so I can test them? The more you can find the better, more files that I can test. Can you upload a bunch with this link?: http://upload.lexicondj.com
