Hi! I bought a Lexicon subscription to transfer music from Serato to rekorbox and I have a problem. All playlists have been migrated, but all playlists has a missing songs. I have no idea where the problem is, please help me. Below I am sending the content of the information I received. I have MacBook Pro m1.

Can you upload your Lexicon database & logs? From the Help menu. I’ll take a closer look

Thanks. I suspect it has to do with the accented characters like ż, they can be a problem sometimes.

Can you zip your Serato folder and upload it? Then I can try and import it here and see if I can fix that problem.

Seems to be .m4v and .mov files

I just used Lexicon Help to upload database logs

I see a few tracks not being added to playlists.

Looks like only the M4V files are getting skipped. Those filetypes are not supported in Lexicon right now.
You could try renaming them to a difference extension (MP4 is similar) but I can’t guarantee that works because M4V is a filetype that might have DRM protection.

Changing m4v to mp4 seems to work fine.

.mov and .qtz files aren’t supported either?
