What to do? I have a Mac M1 pro with Monterey version 12.0.1.

It should work on Monterey, but you can definitely try.
I have now updated, and it still won’t work…
Can you try installing Rosetta 2 (if it’s not already installed) ? How to Install Rosetta 2 on Apple Silicon Macs
Not sure if that is the solution but it could explain the error. Also a reinstall of Lexicon may help too
I have tried both options… I really need this - is there no solution? It’s very strange.
I really don’t know, maybe you can check the Console app to see system logs? See if any error message appears when you start Lexicon

Okay so that’s not right. Can you tell me how you moved the .app file or how you extracted the zip file? Because one of those steps has gone wrong. What program did you use to extract the zip, just the Mac built-in way or a different program?
I moved it through iZip - just as it says into the application folder.
I deleted izip, and now it works!!!
