Mirror Video Playlist to Mp3 Playlist?

Is there a way to create a new playlist of mp4 files that mirrors a previously created mp3 playlist?

Looking for tools to expedite the process of rebuilding the playlist with mp4’s one by one.

What you can do is right click a playlist → Share → Quick Copy
Then go to the Track Matcher and paste that in there. Search for results. On the result screen, enable the File Type column and find the right tracks there
