Mobile App Failed to Connect

Basic sub user with a new iPhone, new phone fails to connect to Lexicon IP. Please advise, thanks.

Usually a firewall or network problem. Make sure you’re on the same Wifi of course. Lexicon may display multiple IP addresses, try each one of them. Connection only works when Lexicon is on the mobile app screen.

Thank you. It was my firewall; settings changed after a recent Windows update on my laptop.
