Most data in the _Serato_ folder is not updating since starting Lexicon - please help!

I started using Lexicon on June 14 2026 on my studio Mac Mini. Changes I make to Serato on this computer are reflected when I import them to Lexicon and Lexicon changes appear after a sync to Serato 4.

This is all well and good, but these changes do not seem to be saved in the standard Serato folder, which is a huge problem for me because I sync that folder and my music files to my gigging MacBook.

This means that the database, crates etc. on my gigging MacBook are stuck with the status quo of June 14!

If I go into the Serato folder location /Users/user/Music/_Serato_ on my Mac Mini, I can see that some files are updated on the last time I used Serato, while most other files have not been updated since June 14. If I go into the crates folder I can see all the folders created before June 14., but none of the crates created afterwards - whether I created them in Lexicon and then synced to Serato or vice versa. I can see the crates in Serato, but not in the /Users/user/Music/_Serato_/Subcrates folder, so where are they???

Moreover, as described in the support page https://www.lexicondj.com/guide/how-to-restore-a-lexicon-or-dj-app-backup Lexicon is supposed to save backup files in a folder /Users/user/Music/_Serato_/Lexicon but no such folder exists on my Mac Mini

This is driving me crazy and has already ruined a couple of gigs for me as I had to use older crates instead of the ones I prepared, so I hope someone can advise how to fix this. Thanks

Your Serato 4 changes are in /Users/chris/Library/Application Support/Serato/Library

And on your external drives in _Serato_/Library

If you want the old behavior you should use the Serato 3 sync (and Serato 3)

Thank you - this may have been described somewhere, but not clearly enough.
I’ve set up sync of that folder as well to my gigging laptop and it’s all working as it should.
