No Engine DJ database found

Is your C: drive formatted as FAT (exFAT or FAT32) by any chance?

Can you share a screenshot of your Disk Management?
Looking for this:

Nope, it´s an external drive which is FAT32, got music there, but now that you mentioned it, there is actually and engine database on that external drive also

Try this version please: Lexicon Installer 1.5.6 home fix.exe - Google Drive

Bit experimental but may work for your situation

No luck with this version either, uploaded logs again if that helps.

I’m a bit out of ideas for this, I’ll do some thinking if there is some other solution for this. Quite odd because accented characters (or unicode characters) are not usually a problem so I can’t quite figure out why they are such a problem in this case.

I’ll report back soon

Another attempt, it should read your username from hard drive now so maybe that will help. Experimental again

Any news on the last try? If you need subscription time, let me know and I’ll set you up for free of course

Hi, no luck with the home fix 2.exe either, the first month of paid subscription was apparently billed already on 28.10

uploaded logs once again, if that helps

I’m really out of ideas now. As far as I can tell, Lexicon is reading your username correctly but it still fails to find your databases. Short of a username change without accents, I don’t know what else to try. And even if you changed username, I’m not 100% sure that would work because as far as I can tell, it is already doing everything right.

All I can do is give you a full refund, just PM me your email or receipt number (something like LEXICON-123).
