Player audio cuts out at around 13s occurs on any song

on latest version of lexicon.
running mac v10.14.

Player audio cuts out at around 13s occurs on any song randomly so cut even predict when it happens or what causes. But i know i have to pause and play the song or jump ahead or back on the song to bring audio back.

So the audio stops completely but the waveform keeps going? What filetype are you using, mp3 or something else?

Can you try running the Cleanup option from the Help menu?

Year audio cuts out but waveform keeps going. I’ve run the cleanup, i’ll update you if i still get the issue. What does clean up do on the help menu do? I don’t see any info about it in the manual. Thanks for your help.

Cleanup deletes temporary files and forces Lexicon to re-install them
