In purchased a Rekordcloud pro account. In lexicon, it says i have a legacy account. How do I switch from Rekordcloud pro to lexicon pro?
Inside Lexicon you can upgrade your account to a Lexicon Pro account. That will automatically stop your old Rekordcloud subscription. You can upgrade in the settings → Subscription. Just select PRO and confirm it.
There is a new payment system so it will ask for your payment details again.

Yeah but I can give you a partial refund for the old subscription. Just PM me your Rekordcloud email address once you’ve upgraded.
