Removing wav files when an mp3 already exists

I just came back to DJing after a 15 year layoff and have spent time filling in the music gap. I have a bunch of remix services that have both mp3 and wav files and would like to only keep the mp3 ones. Is there a way to look for all wavs that have duplicate mp3s and batch delete the wavs from my hard drive? I only have about 20GB left of my 500GB external SSD and would like to free up space. Thank you!

Yep, use the Find Duplicates utility: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DlOZJj1Bljw
Best to watch the video there

Thank you, I can’t seem to find in the video where it addresses removing dupilcate wavs over mp3 but I’m guessing that I can use the “prefer” function in the advanced tools, is that correct?

Yes, use the Highest bitrate prefer option, assuming your WAVs have a higher bitrate which they usually do.

Much more info here: Find Duplicates

It’s Black Friday, I would invest in a bigger SDD, 1TB or 2TB.

Create a playlist from the duplicates finder
