Revive account - pay outstanding invoice

My credit card info needed updating. i missed one payment 5 days ago. The System canceled my account. I updated my billing info … but there is nothing i can see on the web site to pay my outstanding invoice and reinstate my account. How do i engage my new cc info and get my account active again? Also … you think you could give someone who has held a monthly membership with lexicon since the beginning… a couple days grace period to see the email before you canceled the account.

Sorry, that all happens automatically by FastSpring, the payment provider. I believe there is a grace period of several days. Once it is canceled, you can just re-subscribe from inside Lexicon. It’s not a big deal if the subscription stops, nothing is lost and when you resub everything is back to normal right away.
