If you restore a RB backup then that will also restore the MyTags, it’s all in that database.
But when you import from RB into LXC, it will also import the MyTags.
When you sync to RB, it will also sync the MyTags. So there’s no getting around that.
But if you reduce the categories to 4 in LXC, they will be normal MyTags in RB.
