Smartlist: Lexicon Custom Tag Logic using logical OR where it should be AND

When I define these rules:

I expect to “query” my library selecting all tracks which are tagged with dnb AND are not tagged with liquid. Instead, I seem to be getting an OR with these conditions, resulting in almost every track from my collection being added to the smartlist.
