Subscription Issue

I am a Pro Member, & was just charged $39 today. Opened up lexicon DJ and have a message saying I’m in Demo Mode. Please Help.

Seems something went wrong there, I’ve corrected it. You should be good, you may need to restart Lexicon :+1:

I had to re-install Lexicon today, and it is reporting that my subscription has expired, I paid for it via PayPal a couple of days ago - any idea why this is happening and can you possibly help ?

Sounds like you might be logged in with the wrong email

i renewed my subscription today and had a confirmation email but still have this demo message.
Don’t understand why . Could you help please ??
