Subscription not recognized

Hello, so today I opened Lexicon and was greeted with the orange “You’re in demo mode” banner. I reactivated my subscription about a week ago and it worked. Logging out and back in didn’t resolve the issue. I tried cancelling my subscription and got an email which stated that my subscription will now expire on the 28th of December this year. So it is still active for a few weeks. How can I resolve this?

Can you PM me your last receipt reference number? Looks like LEXICON123-456 in an email from FastSpring. I’ll check it out
