Sync seems not to work

Sync seems not to work.
A first click on the “Sync to …” button does nothing.
A second click on it and the button is greyed out but nothing happens.
The button stays in this state indefinitely.
I have the same issue on both my mac and my Windows laptop.

It might be that an underlying process is being blocked. Can you try without a virus scanner or other security software? It might be that a process called beatshift-scanner.exe is not allowed to be run.

Also try a computer restart, can sometimes help solve issues.
