unfortunately I’ve run into a very strange problem and I need some help.
When I try to export a Rekordbox database to Serato DJ, I get an error message, which you can see in the attached image.
The biggest issue is that I don’t use that external drive in either Rekordbox or Serato.
I’m using a different one, let’s just call it “SSD”.
I read that the best method is to manually copy the serato folder within Serato via the Files tab to the SSD. That’s also where the music files are loaded from. Despite this, Serato still creates the serato and serato backup folders on the Mac’s internal SSD.
I deleted and reinstalled both Lexicon and Serato multiple times. Still, the error message keeps referencing the Western Digital external drive, even though it’s not connected and Lexicon couldn’t have encountered it before.
Could the issue be that I’m using the free version of Lexicon?
