Syncing two computer

Hello Everbody ! My backup system should be synced with the main system. Its Recordbox 6.8.5 on both Mac Books. Included the dropbox (Prof. Plan)
So now i’m thinking: whats the best ? Is it really necessary to upgrade to Lexicon Pro that means 35 €/ Month to use the local-path-mapping-funktion ? Or is it possible with lexicon basic 15 € ? Greetings from Christoph

It’s possible by using Find Lost Tracks effectively. You likely only need to change one line (the root of your music folder).

Thank you Christiaan ! on my backup-system i restored the database-backup from my main system. OK :+1: Now started the Utility: Find lost tracks. But the tracks are not beeing found. I have selected different roots in Source location and target location … the folders of the old location and the new location. but without success.. which are the correct the source& target-folders i must choose ?

It’s basically “find & replace” so enter the part that needs to change on the left part and what it should be on the right.

So example; if your tracks are on the D:/ drive on the main computer but on E:/ on the backup computer, use D:/E:/

Thanx ..i dont get it … the old location (source) is: HD/Users/christophm3/Professional DJ Team … to setup the target location i browse and give lexicon the path to the dropbox on that mac. But the files are not found … am i doing a mistake choosing the paths ? Thanx & greetings
