I´ve downloaded the beta version that opens Traktor Pro 4 Collection, but after making some changes and sync the full library to traktor, when I open Traktor again the library is still the same.
I´ve looked at the Collection file in the Traktor 4 folder and it updates when I sync Lexicon to Traktor, and I´ve also even tried to “import another collection” in traktor menu and selecting the collection file created by lexicon in Traktor 4 folder, but as soon as it loads it everything stays the same.
Not sure if it´s me doing something wrong, or if the beta version is just not ready yet for Traktor 4.
Does anybody use it with Traktor Pro 4 yet?
Edit: Just realized that the new folder I´ve created is also in Traktor, but the ones I´ve deleted and shouldn´t be there are still there. At least it´s not a bad issue as I thought, as I can delete the lists and songs directly in Traktor.
Maybe this is due to upgrading to traktor pro 4?
The beta should work with Traktor 4 but there may be issues.
Did you do a Full Sync? Only a full sync deletes anything, so that could explain why your playlists are still there. Also, using “import another collection” only adds or updates and does not delete anything.
Yes, I always Full Sync.
I just made some new playlists and tried again and the same thing has happened. After I Full Sync to Traktor the new playlists are there, but the old deleted ones are also still there.
If I delete songs from a playlist they do get deleted, but if I delete the whole playlist, this playlist still appears in traktor and with all the songs there.
I´ve played around with it a little bit, synced Traktor to Lexicon again (without merging libraries) and also making sure it´s using the right NML file in Traktor 4 folder, but after deleting the playlists and doing another full sync to Traktor these playlists are still there.
Okay, that’s something I have to look into then. Will do so later this week

Hey Christiaan, I’ve noticed when looking in the Traktor 4, and Traktor 4.1 folders the collection nml is there but also another one that’s listed as collection backup outdated.
Weirdly this one works with lexicon, but then selecting the normal collection, lexicon says the file is broken…go figure.
I think what has happened is since Traktor 4, they have restructured the design code a bit and the collection nml file is actually structurally different. So it related to the Traktor 3 file, and when updating to the new Traktor 4 version, it collection backup outdated (Traktor 3 file).
So I think what’s happening is any changes made in Traktor (for example I’ve got some new playlists and tracks in there), aren’t being reflected in the new Traktor 4 “collection” file which lexicon won’t read (is “broken”), and lexicon is still reading from the “collection backup outdated” (Traktor 3) file… 
So perhaps check out lexicon code and make sure it can read the new Traktor 4 “collection” nml file as its not currently doing that

I have a gig tomorrow and trying to sort some playlists for the gig, but the newest ones in Traktor 4 aren’t showing in lexicon for me to copy them to Rekordbox which really sucks (I know it seems I left it to last minute, but I just got offered another main set at party)…

thanks! that worked! Initially didn’t work, then when I selected the new Traktor “collection” nml it shows the new playlists and tracks.
Many thanks. Will just delete collection and playlists from lexicon beta now, and then reimport the whole library and playlists from Traktor and that should get me back to where I need to be… joey 
ps. should I just keep using lexicon beta from now on? (or would this process then have fixed the collection for lexicon (non beta)?

hey christiaan. I was wondering is there a way to take all the column metadata from a group of files and swap it to a different column? I have used “comment 2” column to have W=Warm, WM=warm mid, M=Medium, MH=Medium hard, H=Hard to sort between intensity in traktor. But Rekordbox doesnt have "comment 2’ collumn. So i wanted to swap all the Letters in the comment 2 column in traktor to the “label” column as rekordbox has the “label” column. My hope is if i do this, when i copy playlists and tracks from traktor to rekordbox, that this information would copy over from label to label columns? Its inportant as its generally how i build in intensity through a sett, but when i use usbs for the pro CDJ’s i don’t currently have access to this information to use it as a sort function on the CDJ’s and would love that, also to have it in rekordbox when using the software to mix with… is this possible? I’m not on discord very often, and not really up to speed on it, so if possible could you reply to slinksta69@gmail.com too…? many thanks, joey
@slinksta69 Use the Swap Field recipe for that, right click tracks → Edit → Recipes.
