Unable to play: check security software or permissions

keep getting this error on most of my tracks but not all. I’ve done everything suggested on other topics but no such luck. I’m running Ventura and allowed full disk access. I’m out of ideas.

Please try the Lexicon beta version, there was a situation where this is fixed so that could be the same problem as you have. You can switch to it in the Lexicon settings at the bottom, change Release Branch to Beta.

I saw that in another thread and did switch to beta and still no good . Restarted reloaded . Did all troubleshooting again . No good.

Can you upload your Lexicon database & logs? From the Help menu. I’ll take a closer look

I just did it from the beta and normal version

Can you upload a few of your files that fail to play? MP3 and M4A please, not sure what the issue is but might be related to the files.

Those 3 files all have a size of zero. Not sure if that went wrong during the upload or these files are just broken?
