Unable to reach internet via Lexicon server

After the latest update when I click at Chartservice I got this message::

No filters or firewalls active

Probably a firewall issue? Nothing changed so it’s not the update

Hmm? I haven’t changed anything on my system. All filters and firewalls are disabled.
All web browsers and other internet access work flawlessly.
Do you have any other ideas?
Can I download an older version somewhere to test? – just to rule out the possibility that it’s Lexicon’s fault.

It should only show “OK”

Yes ist shows OK- but from Lexicon Charts I got the error message
