Unable to validate active subscription and unlock features

Bug description: I have an active monthly Ultimate subscription that I was unable to use the remaining 7 days after purchasing Essential lifetime license.

I refunded the lifetime essential license so I can continue using the ultimate features for the duration of my subscription. However, even though my subscription shows as being active on my https://rekordcloud.onfastspring.com/ account, I cannot get LexiconDJ to unlock any of the paid features now.

I have tried logging out of my account in LexiconDJ. I also tried the ‘cleanup’ option in the application and cleared out the temporary files. I have searched online but it seems like validation of active licenses should be automatic (It seems even a lifetime license gets locked out if not regularly connected to the internet - 'License lock' for lifetime subscribers).

My active ultimate subscription still shows up in the Invoicing tab in settings. The refunded essential lifetime invoice has correctly been removed.

If this is not a bug, could any information on how to force a license to be reloaded be provided or added to the LexiconDJ knowledge base? I realize this is likely an unusual edge-case, but since I can’t afford the Ultimate lifetime, I wanted to get as much use as possible before having to use the Essential lifetime license.

Step by step to reproduce:

  • Have active monthly Ultimate subscription
  • Purchase lifetime Essential license (This overrides the active Ultimate subscription features)
  • Refund the Essential lifetime license (This removes access to ALL paid features even though there is still an active monthly Ultimate subscription)

Screenshot: Is this necessary? LexiconDJ for Windows shows the “Lexicon Free” message and shows the “upgrade” button that allows me to purchase another license or subscription even though I still have 7 days remaining on my Ultimate subscription.
