Virtual DJ import to Lexicon missing tracks in playlists (all of them)

Hello, I need your help, I have tried 4 times to synchronize the virtual dj database with the engine dj through lexicon and every time I waste endless hours! The playlists are completely empty and many tracks are displayed as missing! I should say that all the tracks are in the virtual database! Looking forward to your reply. Thanks in advance!

Hi there!

How does your Lexicon look? Is everything there and are your playlists correct?

Where can I upload a photo? The playlists are completely empty and several tracks seem to be missing.

You can upload pictures here.

Did you do a Full Import from VDJ?

I did exactly what your user guide says.yes full import,i tried 4 times

Can you check one track and see what the location says in Lexicon and what location it has in VDJ? There will be a difference between them

exactly as you said in the lexicon it shows it on the macbook while I play with an external hard drive and there it is in virtual

Can you show a screenshot of the location of that track for both Lexicon and VDJ? So I can see the difference

So your music is on your external drive? Samsung something?

Can you upload this file? /Volumes/Samsung .../VirtualDJ/database.xml

You can upload with this link: http://upload.lexicondj.com

I uploaded

Did you rename your external drive or move the VirtualDJ folder? Not sure what happened but VDJ works a bit weird on Mac as it refers to D:/ which doesn’t exist on Mac. In that case, D:/ means an external drive but it seems VDJ and Lexicon don’t agree which external drive.

Can you show me all your drives? In the Disk Utility

is that ok?
I used to play with Windows before.

Yeah I think that is the problem…

Try this database file, on your external drive: database.xml - Google Drive

Import into Lexicon should work then. Make sure to check if VDJ still finds your files as well.

I will try it and let you know! Thank you in advance.
