When exporting to EDJ, all first Hotcues are unnamed

Please fill in this bug report template:

Lexicon version: 1.3.12
Operating system (remove one): Windows

Bug description: When exporting tracks to Engine DJ, all Hot Cues don’t get names like CUE1. It is empty!

Step by step to reproduce:

  • Export to EDJ
  • Load a song on the deck.
  • Note that any hotcue point is unnamed.

I don’t know if it’s like that or a bug, but I thought it was strange…

It’s not a bug because you imported your cues from a DJ app that doesn’t add a name

Hmm… true. I imported it from rekordbox that was on my Mac to my PC, but I don’t remember if there were any names in the CUEs, I don’t think so.

Is there any way to mass name them in the Lexicon?

No sorry, there’s no way to do that right now

I found a function to create hotcues in Lexicon, maybe it helps, but I noticed that the process is slow, even more so if there are many songs at once…

In fact, unfortunately I ended up losing all my Hotcues when I imported from Serato into rekordbox manually a couple of years ago. So today my songs no longer have the Hotcues that I created in the past and those that appear at the beginning ‘no name’ must be the MemoryCues that rb created.
