The icon on the left indicates that the analysing hasn’t worked. I highlight the track, click analyse and allow to make changes but remains as seen in the screen shot.
What am I missing?

Seems that maybe analyze failed there. Maybe the track is corrupt or weird in some way?
The logs might tell you more Lexicon database & log locations
